Ayush Mhatre, who replaced Rahul Tripathi in the Chennai Super Kings XI, got a chance in the ongoing game against Mumbai Indians, and he made sure he cashed it. The right-hander walked out to bat at three and was all over the Mumbai Indians bowlers with his brutal power-hitting.

Chennai Super Kings, on the other hand, are last on the points table and for them to qualify, the road is very difficult now. They will now need to win all their games and if they lose a single game, they will be eliminated from the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
