Immediately after the dismissal, Siraj pointed to the sky and folded his hands—an apparent tribute to Jota, whose tragic death along with his brother Andre Silva has sent shockwaves through the global sports community.
Reports indicate that Jota and his brother were en route to a ferry in Spain when their Lamborghini lost control and caught fire. The unfortunate accident occurred past midnight on Thursday, and the two were later laid to rest in their hometown of Gondomar, Portugal.
