Openers: Jos Buttler (wk), Ben Duckett
The hosts’ former white ball captain Jos Buttler will open the innings with Ben Duckett, who is coming on the back of a string of good performances in the recently concluded ODI series.
Buttler, on the other hand, also found some form with a score of 41 not out of 20 balls in the final game of the series and will look to build on it by getting a big score in the opening T20I on Friday.

The duo is known to be aggressive batters and would like to get the team off to a flyer against the two-time T20 World Cup winners, West Indies.
Middle-order batsmen and all-rounders: Philip Salt, Tom Banton, Harry Brook (c), Jacob Bethell, Will Jacks
The opening batters will be followed by the likes of Phil Salt and Tom Banton, both of whom are expected to play a vital role in the hosts’ middle order and will be supported by Harry Brook and Jacob Bethel.
Will Jacks, in all likelihood, will bat at number seven and take up the role of the finisher in the final five overs.
One advantage that the hosts have at their disposal is that they bat deep with Adil Rashid expected to bat at number ten, which gives them the license to go for their shots from ball one.
